NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Plaintiff, VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA, INC.'s, Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I for Foreclosure entered in the above styled Case Number 2016 CC 002325 NC, in the County Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 22-A, A/K/A 222, Building A, VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM OF SARASOTA, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1162, Page 807 and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 9, Pages 44M & 44A, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property Address: 3437 Bee Ridge Road, #222, Sarasota, FL 34239
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on NOVEMBER 14, 2016. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
