NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 13, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 006373 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES OF VIRGINIA E. SICKMILLER, DECEASED; GLEN OAKS GARDEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; LYNN M. WILKINS; SUZANNE SICKMILLER; THE UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF 1540 GLEN OAKDS DR. E, B231, SARASOTA, FL 34232 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at:

UNIT B-231, GLEN OAKS GARDEN APARTMENTS, SECTION 3, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1407, PAGE 774, ET SEQ., AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 27, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
