NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2016, and entered in 2011CA010543NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-28CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-28CB is the Plaintiff and CHET STEIG A/K/A CHET LOREN STIEG; TRACEY STIEG A/K/A TRACEY ELLEN COWLING A/K/A TRACEY COWLING; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 29, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
