Gagliardi, Jr., deceased, File Number 2016 CP 003405 SC, is pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 2000 Main Street, Room 102, Sarasota, Florida, 34237. The name and address of the personal representatives and the personal representatives' attorney are set forth below.
