NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006142 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff and CLAIRE F. BLOOMFIELD, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 17th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
A parcel of land lying and being in Sarasota County, Florida, and further described as follows:
From the Southwest corner of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 25, Township 38 South, Range 18 East; thence run East along the South line of Section line 25 feet; thence North and parallel with the ½ Section line 20 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue North and parallel with the ½ Section line 250 feet; thence East and parallel with the South Section line 221 feet; thence South and parallel with the ½ Section line 250 feet; thence West and parallel with the South Section line 221 feet more or less to a point of beginning. LESS tract to Class and Villar, as recorded in Official Records Book 73, Page 233, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. ALSO LESS that portion of property along the South for Road Right-of-Way for Laurel Road.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
