NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 13, 2016, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of November, 2016, at 09:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS THE SOUTH 5 FEET OF LOT 17, AND LOT 16, LESS THE SOUTH 15 FEET, BLOCK 1831, 38TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 5 5A AND 5B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.:.
