NOTICE IS GIVEN that under the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this action on October 13, 2016, Pat Frank, the Clerk of this Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash online at “http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com”, at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of December, 2016, the following described property:
Lot 17 and that part of Lot 18, Block 14, BAY VIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 48, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, described as beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 18, run thence in a Southeasterly direction along the Westerly line of Lot 18 for 91.3 feet to the Southwesterly corner of Lot 18, thence run Easterly along the Southerly line of Lot 18 for 20 feet, thence in a Northerly direction on a straight line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
