NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-004757 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK, is Plaintiff and THOMAS JACKSON A/K/A TOM JACKSON A/K/A TOM JACKSON, JR, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 9, WINSTON PARK, UNIT NO. 4, PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 41 AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7420 ARIPEKA DRIVE, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33619
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
