NOTICE is hereby given that, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 14th day of November, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 11303 OF THE QUARTER AT YBOR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15311, AT PAGE 1006, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA (THE “UNIT').

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
