NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 01, 2016, and entered in 09-005199-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-14 is the Plaintiff and PETER BENNETT A/K/A PETER J BENNETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETER BENNETT, A/K/A PETER J BENNETT, N/K/A ANDREA BENNETT; JUDITH BENNETT GOLDSWORTH; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SAMUEL J. GOLDSWORTH A/K/A JACK GOLDSWORTH, DECEASED; TENANT #1 N/K/A GARY STAUBITZ; TENANT #2 N/K/A BECKY EDDY; TENANT #3 N/K/A BROTHER FOSSBENDER; TENANT #4 N/K/A NICHOLE FOSSBENDER; TENANT #5 N/K/A ANTHONY LANE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 31, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
