NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-003807 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as Successor in Interest to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for Newcastle Mortgage Securities Trust 2006-1, Plaintiff and Valinda Ruth Banks a/k/a Valinda R. Banks are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 5-H, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CASABLANCA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4453, PAGE 1410, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 16 THROUGH 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
