NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-003104-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Centex Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-D , is the Plaintiff and Howard L Blankenship, Sr aka Howard L Blankenship aka Howard Lee Blankenship aka Howard Blankenship, Jamestown Condominium Association, Inc., And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 14th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

BOOK 5517, PAGE 44, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 115 THROUGH 123, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
