Lot 1 of TWENTY THIRD ADDITION TO RE-REVISED MAP OF INDIAN BEACH, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 75, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at the public sale on November 30, 2016, at 10 a.m. Eastern Time or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, pursuant to the final judgment, to the highest bidder for cash at the website of www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
