NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 19 July, 2016, and entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-004650 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Bank of America, N.A., Jessica A. Graham, Juan E. Carvajal a/k/a Juan Carvajal, Lake Valencia Homeowner's Association, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

BOOK 5141, PAGE 1103; MARCH 10, 1981, IN O.R. BOOK 5159, PAGE 1247, AND MARCH 18, 1981, IN O.R. BOOK 5163, PAGE 1056, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
