NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-013047-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS F/K/A BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2000-2, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2000-2, is Plaintiff and VALERIE M. LAURAIN, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 21st day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 10, GULF GROVE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, at page 48, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 5229 Jersey Avenue, South Gulfport, Florida 33707
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
