NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2016, and entered in 13-010021-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH L. WOOD A/K/A DEBORAH WOOD; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A KEN WOOD are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 17, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, OF GLEN ELLYN ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, AT PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
