NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2016, and entered in 52-2016-CA-003757 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JORGJI COBANAQI; VALBONA COBANAQI; EASTWOOD SHORES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 2 ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A, BUILDING 2928, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 2A, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 27 TO 32 INCL.; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4922, PAGE 832, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
