You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to RUSSELL L. CHEATHAM, III, P.A., 5546 1st Avenue N, St. Petersburg, Florida 33710, attorneys for Plaintiff on or before 11-21-16, which is 30 days after the first publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service of Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, or a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
