NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 7, 2016, in the above action, Ken Burke, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas County Florida, on January 31, 2017, by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., for the following described property:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
