NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000229 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Michael B. Bracken, IV are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on November 10, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 205, LAKESHORE CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED NOVEMBER 1, 1983, FILED FOR RECORD FEBRUARY 14, 1984 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 761, PAGE 1571; SECOND AMENDMENT FILED FOR RECORD JUNE 22, 1984 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 778, PAGE 1509; THIRD AMENDMENT FILED FOR RECORD SEPTEMBER 11, 1984 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 788, PAGE 706; FOURTH AMENDMENT FILED FOR RECORD MAY 14, 1984 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 773, PAGE 1924; FIFTH AMENDMENT FILED FOR RECORD SEPTEMBER 14, 1984 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 788, PAGE 1340; SIXTH AMENDMENT FILED FOR RECORD OCTOBER 31, 1984 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 794, PAGE 754 AND ALL AMENDMENTS RECORDED THEREAFTER OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
