NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000229 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Michael B. Bracken, IV are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on November 10, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
