NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 01, 2016, and entered in 15001640CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff and SHANTEL HOLDINGS, INC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 23399 ABRADE AVE. LAND TRUST U/T/D NOVEMBER 12, 2004; ALBERT B. KHLEIF ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A DANNEY COLEMAN SR.; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A DANNEY COLEMAN, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALBERT B. KHLEIF are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on November 18, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
