notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-002256-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA BARBARA SALTARELLI, PATRICK T. SALTARELLI, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF BARBARA SALTARELLI, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA KEN SALTARELLI, UNKNOWN SETTLORS/BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF BARBARA SALTARELLI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICK T. SALTARELLI NKA DONNA MIRABELLI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY SALTARELLI NKA FRANCINE SALTARELLI, INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC, ANTHONY SALTARELLI, and PATRICK T. SALTARELLI the Defendants. Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on 3rd floor of Collier County Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on 17 day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 3, FIRST ADDITION TO NAPLES BETTER HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
