NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 10-6642-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2015-1, is the Plaintiff and RUSSELL M. RISTEEN A/K/A RUSSELL RISTEEN A/K/A RUSSELL MILES RISTEEN; KATJA RISTEEN A/K/A KATJA ELISABETH RISTEEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES,
HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 17 day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 149 AND 150, GULF HARBOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
