NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 112012CA0028450001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon Corporation As Trustee For Bellvista Mortgage Trust 2004-2, is the Plaintiff and Harriet Kabat, Leonard Kabat, Anglers Cove Condominiums Association, Inc., any and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
