NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2016, entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-000095-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Paul J. Holsen, III; Unknown Spouse of Paul J. Holsen, III; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the November 17, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 41, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 194, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
