NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-00079-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein PROF-2013-S3 LEGAL TITLE TRUST, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF APRIL M. PEPIN A/K/A APRIL MARIE PEPIN, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS , CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JANET E. HOCHATRASSER, DECEASED; PERRY MCGRATH; SHARON A. FLANAGAN; CHRISTOPHER MCGRATH; RANDALL MCGRATH; MARWOOD OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 17 day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 702, MARWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1167, PAGES 1849 THROUGH 1905, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
