NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 7, 2016 , and entered in 11-2011-CA-003620-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN WRIGHT A/K/A JOHN W. WRIGHT A/K/A JOHN WILLIAM WRIGHT; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN WRIGHT A/K/A JOHN W. WRIGHT A/K/A JOHN WILLIAM WRIGHT; LESLEY WRIGHT; CLINTON WRIGHT A/K/A CLINTON J. WRIGHT; DOROTHY WRIGHT are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on November 17, 2016 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
