NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 5, 2016, and entered in 2010-CA-005414 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2006-E HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES INABS 2006-E is the Plaintiff and LAURA NOLAN; ONEWEST BANK FSB AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, FSB ; STERLING OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION AND CLUB, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on November 17, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, TRACT “E”, OF STERLING OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 5-20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
