NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-02555 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP., Plaintiff and Joanne E. Beightol a/k/a Joanne Beightol a/k/a Joann Beightol and Neal L. Beightol a/k/a Neal Beightol, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on November 17, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 13 AND LOT 14, BLOCK 304, MARCO BEACH UNIT NINE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 69 THROUGH 73, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
