NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-004163 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Indenture Trustee for CIM Trust 2015-2AG Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2015-2AG, Plaintiff and Roxie Bishop are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on January 11, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 4, LESS THE SOUTH 91.65 FEET THEREOF, AND THE EAST 40 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 4, LESS THE SOUTH 91.65 FEET THEREOF, ALL IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF DAVENPORT, AS SHOWN BY MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 58 AND 59.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
