Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida:
Lots 34 and 35, Block 339, of that Certain Subdivision known as Cape Coral Unit 7, according to the map or Plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 12, Pages 101- 128 inclusive.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, at www.lee.realforeclose.com. beginning at 9:00 am, on November 10, 2016.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
