Myers, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and LUIS REYES, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statute on the 17 day of November, 2016 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 308, South Pointe West Condominium, Building 3, according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1634, Page 1240, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
