NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 21, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2016-CA-001953 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 23 day of November, 2016 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
LOT 3, BLOCK I, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS RIDGEWAY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 152-154.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
