DELAND, DECEASED; FOREST MERE TOWNHOUSE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC; ASSUMPTION GREEK ORTHODOX CHURCH; JENNIFER M. NEILSON AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MARIE L. DELAND, DECEASED; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF MARIE L. DELAND, DECEASED; PAIGE WOLFF; DONNA M. ROACH; KATHLEEN R.
