NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated October 13, 2016, entered in Case No. 2016CA001154CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein James B. Nutter & Company is the Plaintiff and Gary L. Peterson; Lorna J. Peterson; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 206, HOLIDAY LAKES WEST UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 3 AND 4, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
