NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2016, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-005731-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-J11 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-J11 is the Plaintiff and Linda Dwyer; Eric Dwyer; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Countrywide Home Loans Min No. 1000157-0006926709-0; Bridgewater Community Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to have any Right, Title or Interest in The Property Herein Described are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, BLOCK 06, BRIDGEWATER PHASE 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
