NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 25th day of October, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-002229 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2004-12, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-12, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE WEISS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE WEISS; CORDOVA GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.,: UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Karen Rushing Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 9:00 AM on the 29th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT E-7, BUILDING E, CORDOVA GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1304, PAGE 1463, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGE 44, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
