GLORIA S. RANDOLPH
Deceased.
GLORIA S. RANDOLPH, a resident of Sarasota County, Florida, who died on August 29, 2016, was the grantor of a trust entitled: Revocable Trust Agreement of Gloria Randolph, dated October 25, 2001 and Amended on December 2, 2006, which is a trust described in Florida Statutes Section 733.707(3) and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedent's estate and enforceable claims of the decedent's creditors to the extent the decedent's estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Florida Statutes Section 733.607(2).
The name and address of the trustee are set forth below.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
The clerk shall file and index this notice of trust in the same manner as a caveat, unless there exists a probate proceeding for the grantor's estate in which case this notice of trust must be filed in the probate proceeding and the clerk shall send a copy to the personal representative.
