NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003446 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, CHRISTIANA TRUST, A TRUST DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 4, Plaintiff, and, GREGORY SMALLS; KATHERINE LYNCH SMALLS, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of November, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 11, BLOCK H, BRANDON GROVES, SECTION 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE(S) 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
