NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 4, 2016, and entered in 08-CA-025730 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013 I-H-R MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, ITS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and JUDY KAY RIGGINS A/K/A JUDY K. RIGGINS AND _______ RIGGINS, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 14, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
