NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-003085 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Patricia A. Williams a/k/a Patricia Williams are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 28, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
PART OF LOT 1, BLOCK 2, OAK VIEW TERRACE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 11, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE SOUTH, ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 1, 207.83 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE WESTERLY, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 1, 36.14 FEET, ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, HAVING A RADIUS OF 440.00 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF NORTH 85°03'09” WEST, 36.13 FEET; THENCE NORTH, 162.61 FEET; THENCE EAST, 4.50 FEET; THENCE NORTH, 40.19 FEET TO THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 1, 31.52 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, HAVING A RADIUS OF 2725.00 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF NORTH 88°09'38” EAST, 31.52 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
