Deceased.
Gertrude Levett, a resident of Pinellas County, Florida, who died on August 31, 2016, was the grantor and trustee of a trust entitled:
GERTRUDE LEVETT TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 21, 1991
as amended by First Amendment dated May 27, 1993, Second Amendment dated March 4, 1994, Third Amendment dated August 24, 1996, Fourth Amendment dated December 16, 1996, Fifth Amendment dated August 5, 1998, Sixth Amendment dated August 23, 1999 (“Original Trust Agreement”), and on February 19, 2001, grantor completely restated the Original Trust Agreement as previously amended by the First Amendment, Second Amendment, Third Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment and Sixth Amendment, by the Seventh Restatement of Trust Agreement (“Seventh Restated Trust Agreement”), as further amended by Eighth Amendment dated April 25, 2002, Ninth Amendment dated December 19, 2011, and by Tenth Amendment dated September 5, 2014, which is a trust described in Section 733.707(3) of the Florida Probate Code, and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedent's estate and enforceable claims of the decedent's creditors to the extent the decedent's estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Section 733.607(2) of the Florida Probate Code.
The name and address of the trustee is set forth below.
The clerk shall file and index this notice of trust in the same manner as a caveat, unless there exists a probate proceeding for the grantor's estate, in which case this notice of trust must be filed in the probate proceeding, and the clerk shall send a copy to the personal representative.
