NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (as to the “0003 Loan”), entered in this action on the 23rd day of February, 2016, in favor of Plaintiff, Branch Banking and Trust Company, and then partially satisfied as evidenced by this Court's September 2, 2016 “Order and Directions to Clerk Regarding the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure” and the First Partial Satisfaction of Final Judgment recorded June 2, 2016 in Official Record Book 19213, Page 138 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, Second Partial Satisfaction of Final Judgment recorded August 12, 2016 in Official Record Book 19301, Page 682 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and Third Partial Satisfaction of Final Judgment recorded September 14, 2016 in Official Record Book 19340, Page 375 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 17, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., the following described property and all improvements thereon:
Lot 7, PALM HARBOR BUSINESS PARK, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 106, Pages 64 and 65, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The property is commonly known as 4159 Corporate Court, Palm Harbor, FL 34683 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
