NOTICE OF PRESERVATION OF THE LINDEN PLACE
RESTRICTIONS
1. This Notice is made by LINDEN PLACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. (“Association”). Association's post office address is 13186 Linden Place Drive, Seminole, Florida 33776.
2. Attached hereto as Exhibit “A” is the affidavit required by Section 712.06(1)(b) of the Florida Statutes.
3. The real property affected by this Notice is the subdivision known as Quail Ridge according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 76, Pages 546, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
4. This Notice applies to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, And Restrictions For Quail Ridge recorded in O.R. Book 4511, Pages 1535, et seq., as amended by the instruments recorded in O.R. Book 13483, Page 1434, O.R. Book 18793, Page 2182, and O.R. Book 18793, Page 2188, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared STACEY STEINFELD (“Affiant”) who, upon being duly sworn, deposes and states as follows:
1. Affiant has personal knowledge of the matters set forth herein.
2. Affiant is the PRESIDENT of Linden Place Homeowners' Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation (“Association”).
3. The Board of Directors of Association caused the statement attached hereto as Exhibit 1 to be mailed or hand-delivered to each of the members of the Association.
4. The Statement attached hereto as Exhibit 1 was approved by at least two-thirds (2/3rds) of the members of the Board of Directors of Association at a Board of Directors meeting held on March 23rd, 2016.

STATEMENT OF MARKETABLE TITLE ACTION
The LINDEN PLACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., (the “Association”) has taken action to ensure that the Linden Place Restrictions, recorded in Official Records Book 4511, Page 1535, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, as may be amended from time to time, currently burdening the property of each and every member of the Association, retains its status as the source of marketable title with regard to the transfer of a member's residence. To this end, the Association shall cause the notice required by Chapter 712, Florida Statutes, to be recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. Copies of this notice and its attachments are available through the Association pursuant to the Association's governing documents regarding official records of the Association.
