NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2016, entered in Case No. 16-004043-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JOSEPH M. FREEMAN is the Plaintiff and ANDREW PHILLIP STEPHENS, is the Defendant, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on November 30, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 13, NORTHFIELD MANOR SECTION A, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 56, Page 4, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. More commonly known as: 6057 105th Ave., Pinellas Park, FL 33782.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
