NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of August 2016, and entered in Case No. 13004784CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ROBERT A. SALZER; DONNA JEAN SALZER; SUNTRUST BANK; DDM TRUST SERVICES, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER LAND TRUST NO. 2789 DATED NOVEMBER 18, 2013; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of December 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, TIMBER RIDGE OF COUNTRYSIDE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGES 90 AND 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
