NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2016, and entered in 15-006398-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SHIRLEY M. GODDARD, DECEASED; GLORIA LESHORE; LEWIS GODDARD; RODMAN GODDARD; LINWOOD GODDARD; LARRY GODDARD; BRYAN GODDARD; ROBERT GODDARD; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CLERK OF COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA ; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; NANCY J. LEWIS-GODDARD; FREDA DENISE GODDARD are the Defendant(s).
