NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-002348 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for BCAPB LLC Trust 2007-AB1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AB1, Plaintiff and Bonnie Sue Pelkey a/k/a Bonne Sue Pelkey a/k/a Bonnie S. Pelkey are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 30, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT NUMBER 706, KALMIA CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACE #504, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3403, PAGE 847, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 63 AND 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
