TO: Dakota A. Diaz and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described 2004 Mercedes C230, VIN #WDBRF40J44A612268 (hereinafter the “Property”). Petitioner, BOB GUALTIERI, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about September 9, 2016, at or near 7800 - 113 Street, Seminole, Pinellas County, Florida, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Final Order of Forfeiture perfecting the right, interest and title to the Property for the use or benefit of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, all pursuant to Section 932.701-.704, Florida Statutes (2016).
