NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 29, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-007346-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and ELLEN E. ALIFF A/K/A ELLEN ALIFF; PENTHOUSE GREENS ASSOCIATION NO B., INC.; PENTHOUSE GREENS - THE FAIRWAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JACK D. ALIFF A/K/A JACK ALIFF; PENTHOUSE GREENS RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on November 15, 2016 at 10:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

B-319, PENTHOUSE GREENS UNIT B, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 3587, PAGE 776 THROUGH 843, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD 4577, PAGE 1549, OFFICIAL RECORD 5016, PAGE 113, OFFICIAL RECORDS 5409, PAGE 1867, OFFICIAL RECORDS 6160, PAGE 917 AND OFFICIAL RECORD 6226, PAGE 1320 AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 41 AND 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
